Production is strictly controlled at every stage to ensure that every component in a Riviera amplifier is used to its full potential, resulting in a final product that is unrivalled on the market today.
It is an open secret to any serious audio developer that relying on traditional measurements does not necessarily guarantee audio nirvana; that is why Riviera places such emphasis on listening to its amplifiers.
In fact, Riviera is starting from scratch and is proud to have studied the electroacoustic literature written over the last hundred years. It was necessary to redefine the electrical characteristics of an audio amplifier. Riviera's benchmark remains the live listening experience: Riviera's philosophy is that a Hi-Fi system must be able to reproduce a sound event that is as close as possible to what the listener would hear live.
To achieve these goals, Riviera made specific decisions regarding the circuits and technologies used:

UNIQUE INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER

The amplifier is designed to power any type of speaker system.
The LEVANTE integrated amplifier has all the features that characterize Riviera amplifiers (hybrid circuits and zero feedback). It also has another feature that makes it unique: the option to choose between pure class A and class AB operation. A switch on the front panel allows you to select the operating class according to your preferences or needs.
In class A mode, it offers 2x 30 W into 8 ohms (2x 60 W into 4 ohms); in class AB mode, it offers 2x 120 W into 8 ohms (2x 200 W into 4 ohms). Even in class AB, the first 6 W are always in class A.
