In my listening room at home, a pair of 1996 XN 225s still stands next to the Integrale. Whenever I plug in the XN 225, I’m left with a pleasant impression of the overall sound reproduction. The XN 225’s sealed enclosure exhibits lower harmonic distortion and beautifully defined bass tones. La Boema draws on 30 years of experience, but above all on the Integrale and Virtuosa. La Boema doesn’t dazzle with special effects, and I’m convinced that its magic lies in its extraordinary naturalness. The goal was to build a speaker system with a unique concept and sound that would stand out from the run-of-the-mill commercial models that saturate the market. I cordially invite you to listen to La Boema and see for yourself whether this project of mine breathes its soul into you.
La Boema is easy to install, thanks in part to its sealed enclosure design. Its lower sensitivity requires careful amplifier selection: during development, I used products from Norma Audio and Riviera Levante.
Stainless steel stands with locking anti-vibration pads from the Slovak company Authentic Audio Image are also available for an additional fee.
We build La Boema only to order; we offer exceptional natural veneers such as Indian rosewood, sapelli pomelé, and ziricote.
